ok, so my Hanaho card has the SNK image and Im getting a write protect error when trying to replace the image file. What type of SD card do I need to get? Im figuring this card is locked and wont allow me to replace the image.

I dont believe you can replace the exisiting images, I had a SNK one and had same error when trying to write the Taito files to it, I just found a 512mb SD card and used that for the Taito Image and kept the SNK intact

not sure why you cant overwrite the file, probably its a good thing thou :)

I tried to use a 16Mb card for the Taito images (10 game and 20 game) and it would not work. Don't remember the error but either of those image files are way less than 16Mb.

The card that came with the PCB was a 32Mb and had the Taito 10 image. That file is only like 5Mb.

So... since the SNK image is 50+ Mb I figured I would try a 2Gb SD card I had and it worked fine for all 3 images.

Yes, the original cards are locked. Any cheap standard SD card should work. The only one that I couldn't get to work was a little 16MB card, but technically that was an MMC card.
