Yes it is. Control panel is hacked too missing the rectangular Deco buttons.

Like quite a few locals, I know the seller. I have probably bought 10-15 games from over the years. I will be watching this one and may pick it up

It got a bid, but it's still reasonable AFAIC.

However, never pick up a game for the sake of just getting a game. I learned that one the hard way...er, a few times!
