I know an op that is planning on selling his GnR. I have not seen it, but he said he is thinking of selling it. Whats the price range on it? Is it worth getting? He says it has the topper piece and the rose shooter. Other than playfield/cabinet condition and battery rot, what else is a concern. Thanks!

Great pin! Was in rotation at a Pizza shop I worked at. Check pinsider but I would guess its a $2000-$2500 game. Best of luck. If he asks to high ask him to shop it.

I'd try and get it cheap, but I'm in the $3000-$3500 camp on this one. It's seriously the BEST Data East pinball EVER. Hard to tell it from a Williams game in playability. It shows what they could do when the purse strings got lifted. And I do own one and it's NOT for sale!

Unshopped and routed $3k minimum. The topper is $500 by itself and very hard to find. Wear on the scoop kickout edges, busted axle plastic and wear on playfield below the scoop kickout are normal on most. If the cabinet is rough, they do have decals out for it now.

thanks for the input.. I will try to look at it and get some pics. I think he said he wanted $3500 for it. He did say the upper flipper keeps falling apart. I really don't think he know much about pins, so its probably something simple.

Its not a must own game for me, so I will probably pass on it. Its in the south bay. He also has a cueball wizard he wants to sell. I think he wants $1500 for it. Not a pin I care about.

I think $3500 with a busted flipper is still a decent/fair price. If you could get him down to $3k, you should do it.

I agree that it's the best DE game and it's the only DE that I own. It's a fast fun game with a deep ruleset and it rocks (and I don't even like the band!)
