For the first time ever in this hobby I got a storage unit just for games. I guess this gives me more reason to hoard games.

Is that the DK cocktail you just picked up from TofuDrifter?
I may have to go the same route soon if I want to keep my games near me. This driving 1 to 2 hours one way, to drop a game off at a family members house is getting old fast.

I am close to this point. I keep telling myself not to, because I would do the exact same thing.
I will not have this forever . This is just temporary so when I buy games I have a place to put them. I'm going through a divorce and another dude is living in myMake sure you have a plan. If these games are going to be permanent additions, you might want to consider other options. If you have space at your home, consider building storage. It probably will cost 2-4 years worth of storage fees, but in the long run, its cheaper and its at your home.
I'm going through a divorce and another dude is living in my
House with my soon to be ex so I need somewhere to put my stuff .

Can you put both of them in the storage unit instead?
Don't do it man! I've been there. You end up spending more on renting the unit then the value of what's inside. One of my better moves was finally dropping the storage unit. Had to make some tough decisions on what to sell, but it saved me a ton of money in the long run.
I wish I had a picture of my storage unit stuffed full. I must have had 20 games in there.
No joke, I have talked to guys on 4 or 5 occasions about storage units. They had 100 games in storage for 20 years. Do the math. Eventually they sold everything for under $100 a game. Doesn't add up.
Now for 4-6 months, I could see it. I would never do it ,but I could see it.
Pretty good room...buncha old video games in here, fifty dollar bills all day long...yuuuuup!
