ok yall,

I have a 2008 live...and the bottom DVI (goes to monitor) does not send out a signal (3D) after the game boots in 2D...it works until the game is actually ready to load. (and yes all system checks with "OK")

The top DVI that goes to the "upper monitor" does in fact work and sends a pic which is only 2D anyway...

MSI 7600 Model NX7600GS (Part number NX7600GS-TD256EH) is the current card i have in there.

I have purchased the new 750Ti upgrade card (I plan on upgrading to 2016 or 2017 once I can see the system actually working on my TV as 2008) But the 750Ti will not read software this old, so thats just a paper weight till i upgrade.

SO here are the 3 problems ive come up with...

1) the MSI 7600 Model NX7600GS (Part number NX7600GS-TD256EH) video card does not work via bottom DVI port

2) Mother Board is messed up

3) both the mother board and card is messed up....

So if anyone has a either one of these items known to be fully working i would offer to pay shipping both ways to borrow it and figure out my issue then proceed from there...If its the video card, im ok with that (actually i could send it to one of you to test)...if its the mother board, ill pick one up from someone on here for ebay around $100....
And this is the image it displays right before starting, and start booting up again

Thanks in advance,
-Brian

ok...I.T. checked my system via phone and said i have a 2008 upgraded to 2012 (previous owners, but ive never seen it displayed cause this video card issue)

is it possible that my older video card that came out with 2008 originally does not support 2012 software, and my new video card does not support anything less than 2015 software? LOL FML

or the older video card might be broken and or the mother board...

And to answer that......
http://amusement.itsgames.com/downloads/instructions/Video Card Compatibility.pdf

10 seconds on the IT website provided that. There tech's must be off there game today.
Your 750Ti card will only work in 2014 2015 and 2016.
Why does your Photo Show CID=0?
Run Level 6 in linux is the kill command so something is telling your system to shutdown.

Do you have a CID installed on one of the USB ports?

Take Photos of Every part you have connected to the PC and post it here.

Yes, i know the newer card will not work (bought it off ebay for to good of a price knowing i was updating soon)

I have had the same issue since i bought the game with the original 2008 card...bottom DVI wont display (even got a DVI to HDMI converter to make sure it wasent just VGA input on TV)
Now im wondering if the card isnt compatible with 2012 that I.T. said it was upgraded to...or the card doesnt work/ or motherboard issue...basically im trying to solve the video card issue, if i send it to someone with 2012 and it works, that means my motherboard is bad...if it doesnt work, I assume the video card is bad but doesnt 100% clear the motherboard from being bad also...

I just dont want to call IT purchase the upgrade 2017 in a week, get it 2-3 weeks later..install my new working video card to find out the motherboard needs to be replaced...i would have comfort in knowing my system with 2012 is 100% working before i make that $800 purchase...

PS...the IT tech said that shutdown code is either the motherboard or the video card...he couldnt tell me without sending the machine in ($100) to look at it....so i figure we can figure this out with me sending my video card to someone to plug n play...

Where is the power to your I/O board?

Game will not load without that.
It is supposed to be connected to that square 4 port plug thing lower left side in your photo.

That connector provides power to the I/O board it is +5 and +12 along with 2 Grounds.

really?...well shit, i thought since the green light was on both CID and i/o it was reading it...

let me go find that in the box...

i assume this 4 pin connector for the i/o board is part of the whole harness?

Not on mine. It is just a long-ish connector that goes to the PC and the I/O board.
One end "may" have a few connectors on it, but you only connect to one of them, and the other side has the plug for the I/O board
Should have 2 Black wires a Yellow and a Red.

BUT if yours is a Dedicated game it May be in the harness......... Mine is a conversion

You can See the cable on this link First Photo.
