Griffin sucks at monitors - TM-144g edition.

Following up on this as I inherited the game with this monitor. After repairing the shipping damage, I found the B+ & focus issues remained, as well a new issue. The vert size/linearity/hold can all be adjusted, but the picture is off center vertically, so when the image is expanded enough to fill the screen, a good portion of it is off screen. There are no vert position pot or jumpers on this model.

B+ was remedied by replacing the damaged pot and is now dialed in @ 115v. However the focus issue remains. I guess I'm just looking for confirmation that it's a failing flyback or that I need to check something else. HV measures 20.7KV and should by 24KV +/- 1.5KV, so that's another clue the flyback is not working properly, but it looks like they are NLA,

We all end up here one way or another if you have a few games. Had a 4700 with a bad fly back and since you can't get a new replacement I was like well this thing is shot. Made a 13" k7000 using a 19" chassis and 13" tv tube. And basically this:
Could never get it to work right. Swapped in a 13" K 7000 and never looked back.

Some monitors really are lost causes.
