Looking for someone who has the kit version of this manual, original only, that can take a clear pic of the control panel layout page. I'm trying to get the measurements of the "3D Hockey" button and can't read the markings or the key in the corner of the page on the pdf.

Sort of, I'm trying to get the measurement and the placement of the 3D Hockey button so that a replacement metal cpo can be made.
Send me the design and ill cut it for free if you can design it to spec. Would need the stud holes indicated on the design as well. Ive been wanting to repro that metal panel. Ill send the metal with the CPO laminated If you can scan yours. @ReproArcade can reproduce the art also if youre willing to scan your cab. I can mail you a scanner.

You can see my panels at thearcadeologist.com stock is zero right now because im travelling in Japan and Thailand until June 19

That's the problem, I need to see the original manual to know exactly where the placement of the button is supposed to be. Basically, I restored an Open Ice Cab that I'm also putting a Gretzky board in. I have an original 3D Hockey button that I want to add to the Open Ice control panel. I don't have an original Gretzky panel to scan. This is basically what I'm trying to create:

Better late than never

3 1/4" from the top 18 3/8" from any side to the center of the button hole (dead center of the panel. my panel measures 36 3/4"). The button is a blue 2" standard 8 liner button. The button hole has a 1/8" counter sink at 1 3/4" around. I uploaded a scan of the 3D button here a few months back.
