Gretzky 3D Hockey - Phoenix board IDE hard drive selection?

My Gretzky 3D Hockey uses the Phoenix PCB with a laptop hard drive. On the PCB, there is also an IDE connector for 3.5" hard drive. I want to use my 3.5" backup drive, on the IDE connector. Does anybody know how to specify which one to boot to? Maybe a jumper or dipswitch setting? The 3.5" HD does not turn on when I power-up the game. (The laptop drive gets it's power from the ribbon cable, but the 3.5 " drive gets power from my power supply)

its atari phoenix not seattle board. its doesnt matter which one you use. you can boot from either slot without any jumper changes.

Ahhh, I didn't wait long enough at boot to see anything on the screen. I see it now. It tells me the IDE drive is not there. The problem is, no power is getting to the drive. My harness has 2 hard drive power connectors on it. Normally, one goes to hard drive and other goes to the PCB. On the Hockey game, though, there is place to connect it on the PCB.
