Thanks! I'll try it right now...The coding would be [ URL=uselessgarbagehere.com ]Looky what I found.[ /URL ] (Spaces added in so you see the code.)
Wundercade, you did good with that Star Wars/Trek find. I'm sure if Nathan was serious about wanting a cockpit Star Trek he'd consider it instead of going with a Polaris cabinet (ugh). C'mon Nathan, don't wuss out on us....you know the cockpit is how the game should be played, and not with a Taito cabinet.
You know this to be true, don't fight it.![]()
Nathan, that guy will be very lucky to get half his asking price. Most likely he'll get less.
First rule of this hobby: it doesn't make any difference how much money you have sunk into a game -- it'll only sell for what it's worth.
That guy hasn't learned that lesson yet.
Just wanted to thank everyone for their help and fast response. You all are great! I will continue looking but in the meantime I will call Dale for measurements. If you all see or hear of any deals let me know! Thanks again.
When one cannot afford the upfront purchase of an original cabinet, much less find one in the area (I will keep looking), the only other way to obtain one is to begin construction, within one's means to do so. Even MDF has gone through the roof. Again I will keep looking for a unit, but with a very sick mother to watch out for I can only do so much.
Building yourself does not always mean "cheaper".
Sincerely,

this would be a good Star Trek cabinet for you 25.00 dollars in Ohio.

I have better luck not looking for what I am wanting...it might take days, weeks, even months, but somehow I happen to stumble across what I am looking later when I least expect it..
