My Ms Pac monitor is all green. I can tell that the other colors are there but green takes everything over. Any advice?

Brightness turned down

What monitor is it? Has it been capped? If it's a G07, have the flyback and HOT been replaced? I mean, you can tweak the color cut-off and drive pots on the neckboard and see what happens, but if this happened out of nowhere then something on the chassis is probably starting to fail.

Yeah its a G07. Brightness just got rid of the lines. Neither the Flyback or HOT have been replaced and it hasn't been recapped. I know it needs work but what should I try first?

I would pull the drive transistor for the green. If the green stays on tube issue.if it goes off replace that transistor and go from there.

Fairly certain green isn't the problem. Any CRT will look greenish like this with those lines running across when the voltage through the flyback is too high.
If you adjust the voltage on the flyback all the way down, does it not change at all? What about the other way? If you can't alter the image by doing so, the flyback or its associated voltage regulator is gone.

I adjusted the flyback and the lines are gone. Just green now. This is the first time Ive had to trouble shoot a G07 since I mostly have sanyos. So thanks for the help

Its probley either transistor x103 or x104 or its a heater to cathode short in the green gun in tube.
Swap x101 with x103 and if your screen turns red its the transistor
