Green Beret PCB seem to run at 30Hz and I'm afraid this is not some "interlaced" resolution like with Tapper or Popeye, so my SCART TV (50/60Hz) can not really sync to 30Hz vertical refresh. It looks like the screen gets refreshed only half the time - everything is much darker than with any other boards or MAME, poor contrast, washed out colors. Individual Red, Green and Blue are there in some weird looking way, but white is barely visible, looks like dark gray.
Is there any help for this? Also, I'm not quite sure if this is not actually some problem with the board itself, but since I discovered the PCB runs on 30Hz I suppose the picture I get without the proper monitor is what I should see, I don't know. Do normally arcade monitors go low to 30Hz or is it just the Green Beret cabinet came with some special monitor?
