Hey everyone!
I just fixed the monitor issue with my standup namco cabinet it is a baseball game called "Great Sluggers" - The problem's now are
1) no sound - I havent really looked much into this
2) Game play - I found the switches near the coin mech that are Labeled Advance, Auto/Manu, and High score reset. I tried depressing the automatic/manual button into the locked down (manual) position and tried playing the game. I'm not sure how to tell whether or not the game is in automatic mode or the proper procedure for changing the mode setting.
Also I have been unable to confirm if all of the controls are working properly as i have not yet been able to play a game. It will intermittently accept quarters and allow you to select teams but from there usually auto-selects everything else.
When I think i am playing the buttons seem unresponsive, so I am unsure as to whether or not they work or what the game controls are...
3) I want to convert this Cab to a Jamma Multi-game. Is there any preparatory info I need? or can is it basically just plug-n-play?
