I know this is a very long shot but I'm going to ask anyway.

I have a Greyhound Video Trivia machine with 5 cartridges. 3 of the cartridges are
video trivia games and work fine.

The other 2 carts are "Reel Fun" which are Wheel of Fortune type games. One of the Reel
Fun carts worked a couple of times but now has issues.

The machine powers up, goes through it's rom tests as usual and plays the little
"We're in the money" tune which usually tells that it's working. Instead of the game,
it then jumps to these odd little "Message #" screens. Sometimes the screen is blank,
sometimes it displays random characters and will change the Message #.

I've checked the EProms against the Mame set as well as that RAM. I even flashed the
NVRAM from Mame to a battery backed RAM and still get the same issue.

None of the DIP or test switches affect it. It always goes to the message screen. I have all
the original docs and nothing references this nor can I duplicate it on Mame.

Any ideas ?
