I'm looking for a Prize door flap assembly. My gravity hill has broken springs on the flap assembly so the bouncy balls jam up in the prize chute because the tension from the spring is gone to keep the flap in the correct position. It looks like vendingmachinefactory.com used to sell parts but is out of stock. I would replace just the spring but I can't find a correct substitute. Any help would be greatly appreciate

Do you have a picture of what's broken, or what you're looking for? I've got a Gravity Hill, so I could possibly help measure, etc. to find a replacement... but I'm having a hard time picturing what would be broken. Are you referring to the actual door that you "lift for prize", or the mechanism that dispenses the bouncy ball?

Mine has a flap built in with the door and the springs are broke on the hinge part the keeps the plastic straight

You just need to replace the spring loaded hinge.

It's light duty. You can probably find one that will work on Amazon.

Thanks for the idea I'll look into a new hinge.
I had one of those on my route at Hollywood Candy in Omaha. It was fairly popular. I had to keep gumballs loaded.

Ace Hardware has smaller brass plated ones you could use. You'll have to drill out the rivets, remove the old hinge, install the new hinge, and rivet it in place.

Oh, weird... I've never seen (or maybe just never noticed) a Gravity Hill with that style door.

I purchased this hinge from Menards and it seemed to fix the issue . Thanks everyone for the help.
