Big thanks go out to EVB for bringing this grail to me.
He has a nice collection and is just a great guy.

Yep that is the one.
I will eventually need to repaint it because the cracking of the dry plywood is starting to creep back.
I think I will use Joust stencils next time to make it a bit more colorful.
But for now it will do.

I hate you.

Seriously though, congrats! Gravitar has been on my radar for a long time, but they never seem to pop up locally.

congrats, nice looking machine they all seem to be in the mid west/west coast, there's none in south fl.

I really lucked out on this one.
I was ready to have one shipped from Idaho.
I received a PM responce to my WTB thread for one locally.
It is already a popular one in the house.

I'm a HUGE fan of Gravitar - back in the 1990's when people were digging vector stuff out of operator's warehouses, Space Duels and Gravitars seemed to be the go-to games to get working vector monitors out of and I imagine a lot got parted out. A shame really - its a fantastic game - so hard, so good.

Most Atari games started out pretty easy. Gravitar is almost like a Williams game -it kicks your ass almost right outta the gate. Nice pickup!
