Granny and The Gators not entering video mode

Anyone familiar with Granny and The Gators?

You start off in video mode. No issues there. You drive the canoe into pin mode and pin mode plays 99% fine. However, when draining the ball to return back to video mode it just sits there. Ball in drain. Video mode doesn't start.

Anybody have suggestions what to do?

(I should note I do not have the machine here. It's in an arcade and I was going to pass along information to the person who owns it.)

This is game is kind of rare.. Only 5 people logged it in Pindigo app and I managed to pull 5th place without using the pinball portion.
