had some graffix glitches but reseated the ribbon cables and it works perfect

i had never heard of space demon but it will look good nex to all my other ninty cabs
Ah, I was wondering whom got the Space Demon cocktail. I'm glad to see it going to someone whom will appreciate it and not convert it to a multicade!

I thought the DK cocktail would go for more than $125 though and the Space Invaders UR was nice. I recall hearing a couple of fellows speculating on the hammer price ($500). I was thinking more like $200, maybe $250 tops.

Who got the bootleg mini Space Invaders cocktail cabinet in the back next to the 4 Nintendo red tents? Didn't Scott get all four of those Nintendo tents?

So I just saw some pictures of the SI, and it is really nice, especially at the price he paid. I am super jealous, I can't believe there was a DK cocktail for $125?! What kind of condition was it in? I would have bought that in a heartbeat. :(

Edit: I really need to update my arcade site with the price lists. I've got a backlog. If someone has prices for this one, I can put them up on my site as long as no one minds.

The Space Invaders was really nice. Worth well more than what it sold for. It was easily the nicest classic there. The DK needed monitor love to be worthwhile, the Defender looked like someone tried a resto job on it and oversprayed the sideart badly. I wanted the Centipede caberet but it went for more than I was willing to pay (and could tell a bid war was in sight). Same with the asteroids cocktail, though it looked fantastic, I had to stop bidding. I did pick up some funky space invaders cocktail (non-working) for ten dollars. That'll keep me busy for the next few months.

My intension was to just watch the auction as my brother and I had already pick-up a Road Blaster and an Omega Race cockpit before the auction. It didn't quite work out that way since cabs were going so cheap. We ended up with the following.

Pac-Man – In good shape $125
Golden Tee 3D – In a Pac Man cabinet $85
Raiden 2 - Fair shape with a nice 25 inch NeoTec $100
Neo Geo 1 Slot– In a Super Pac cab $65
Ms Pac – The monitor is pretty much worn-out $185

I thought the Stargate was the nicest classic in the bunch. I think it went for a little over $200.

You guys are not making me feel any better about not going :p

uhh, i think it went for 300
if im thinking of the right one...
did it have a red cabinet?

that STARGATE was mine. it sold for 155.
I played a couple of games of Stargate before bidding started (got slaughtered!). I was surprised to see the Willis CPO on it (not too many of those around). Thanks for bringing it, but like most other games, I expected it to sell for more.

What did the Ms. Pac-Man in the last row, by the pinballs, go for? It was dead until just before bidding started. I was tempted by the Missile Command cabaret, but alas it was not to be (the CP needed some help). :(
