Grail Time!

SWEET JOW!! I know you'd been looking for a LONG time, its always a great feeling when you find a long lost arcade that seem to slip around you.

Love the Sys I & Sys II collection... Any plans for an Indiana Jones?

I'd love to get my MM back since selling it a few months ago... I've seriously only got two open spots, but both games I'm thinking of sliding in are Sys I & II.

Looks great Jow. I'm noticing something on both yours and Phet's MM monitors. I don't remember how my MM screen looks but could both (yours and Phets) games need a little horiz width coil adjustment?

Just an observation.

I think the title screen is formatted larger than the game screens. So if you adjust while on the title screen you get the black bars on game play screens. Adjusting the title screen larger will not cut off anything important though so adjusting larger can be done with no issues. I have noticed that mine needs to be adjusted as well but, I've been lazy.

When you have that Toobin and APB in there you have a nearly perfect line up!!

Back in the day in my favourite arcade, there was a 720, opisite of that the MM (they were like in the middle of the floor but on the outside as the inner circle of the middle of the floor was for the sitdowns, hope I'm still makin sense:D), at 12:15 to te wall were the Toobin, APB, Paperboy, Indiana Jones, Sprint and Road Runner(which I think is a underrated cab and game as it has a lot going for it.) and then pins.
A quarter to 12 at the other wall there were a space harrier sitdown, Rampage, Rastan, xybots, op wolf and Outrun deluxe and 2x SHO.

You are really close to a line up that once was on a side of my favourite arcade and you have very good taste!!!
The line up did afcourse change but I loved it like that and that's why I always remembered.

You're lucky you grabbed that MM. I saw it on CL sitting there tempting me for over a week.

Yeah, I lucked out for sure. There was plenty of time for someone else to grab it. I guess I can thank the shitty economy for it sitting there longer than it should have.

Congrats Jow!!! Looks like a lot of fun. You have quite an Atari collection going there, bro!! I would have never guessed that Marble Madness was a grail for you! Looks great.

Yeah man, I dont know why but me and my Sister played this on the NES all the time. I think it was the simple concept that appealed to us as kids? No clue why I fell in love with it, but I did. Its so much fun with a trackball, too.

Im pretty stoked on the Atari's I have. Nash would be proud. ;)

She will be well taken care of good sir. Thanks again!

What is Toobin considered? Is APB not sysII either?

I'm not even sure that 720 is really system 2 although I'm pretty sure the board can be tested in a system 2 cab. I think you're just mashing all the atari med res games into the system 2 category.

Ahhh, that sucks then. Apparently my Atari System Row aint that cool :D

720 is System II. APB is System II as well. Toobin may have some similarities with System II, but is one PCB, has a different CPU, and not as many sound options.
