Grading firm Wata is facing a lawsuit for allegedly ‘manipulating the retro game market’

Hahaha @Alpha-tron damn, I thought I deleted those.

I guess what they say is true, what goes on the Internet is forever.

I gotta get those in some WATA graded plex stat...so It will help me to differentiate my work from the fakes! 🤔haha

Appreciate it and I appreciate your stewardship of Zelda #001 at Banning while it was there. 🙏🏼

Creatives, we're weird. I guess you might say, just like a sealed WATA game....

full

Anyways....paralleling the tangent, while simultaneously getting back on topic and continuing the dogpiling of WATA, I guess you could say the one benefit of grading your possessions is knowing you are buying an authentic product from an, "authoritative" source....in this day in age of technology making reproductions and, "fake bullshit" easy.

However, the outrageous pricing and conflating of the market by WATA....is definitely unethical, but really....in this day and age, not surprising at all.
