Grabs so far this year, would like to see other collectors as well.

You overpaid for that busted coin door. :)
I wonder what "non working" resolves to, other than the coin insert? LOL

It's pretty much DOA, the seller had powered it up and said, "Look, it works!" when the only things coming on were the marquee and door lights. Will be a bit before I can take it apart and start the autopsy... 6100 looked good at first glance, no (visible) giant burned spots, but once I saw everything was there and the tube was intact, I buttoned it up and GTFO. Wouldn't shock me if the ARII bottlecap went out at some point and things cascaded from there, but we'll see.

where did you find that and if you don't mind, what did you pay for it? I love that thing.
There is a community of original sign collectors and often times signs are bought/sold/traded within that group. While I could talk for days about these signs, I currently have 4 in total (1 is pending sale). Two are "Superbrites" (like the one pictured) and have fluorescent bulbs. These are from the late 80s and early 90s. The other two I have are original fiber optic signs, one is the standard Nintendo Racetrack sign (circa 1999), and the other is my grail sign, the KayBee World of Nintendo fiber optic (I think this is 1993).

I don't want to divulge paid prices, but I would say depending on condition and style/rarity you can find a Superbrite sign from anywhere from $2K all the way up to north of $8K. Fiber optic signs will go for at a minimum $3K all the way up to north of $15K.

Here is a link to my KayBee sign in action:
