Grabs so far this year, would like to see other collectors as well.

I checked two games off my want list this week. Punch-out and Spy Hunter! Punch-out is working, coins up and starts a game, then freezes. I am going to re-cap the monitors and then go over the board, reseat and clean chips and connectors. Also double check voltage of course, and hopefully after that will have a nice running game. I will replace the CPO, t-molding and restore the coin door. It could use new laminate all around, but since its going in my game room, I am not interested in a total cosmetic restore at this time. I am going for a nice working game that presents well in the front. You won't see the sides in a row anyway.

Spy Hunter is not working. Haven't delved into it much yet. Its complete, so will start with power supply, and then board. I paid up for both of these. I am usually a poor score kind of fella, but my want list is down to about a half dozen games, and its very unlikely I will find any of them for cheap :)

I included a few photos of Punch-Out loaded in my 2020 Honda CRV. Yep, 75" tall, dual monitor Punch-Out fits neatly inside with back door closed. CRV is the ultimate one game transporter in my book. Mini-vans are nice too, but...they are min vans :) I have picked up over two dozen games with the CRV, and it remains undefeated! :)

**Having trouble uploading files. Seems like a site issue - I will check back later and then try to add again.

I'd say you got those games very cheap considering their VAG and Exidy values. Congrats!

i would echo the minivan love. don't own one myself but i've rented a couple for long-distance arcade game moves and by far the easiest game move and maneuver experience. low clearance for loading, no tarping/strapping games like a pickup, protection from the elements ... gas econ was like 30 miles/gallon, i couldn't believe it

i was in a convo recently with an upset 30-something mom, mortified that they were relegated to a minivan versus an SUV because she felt it hurt her cool-cred. folks, once you're past your 20s, your coolness is gone . just embrace it and make moving your games so much easier

The transit connect is the ultimate arcade and pinball hauler. I can move most games by myself. Just tip it in and tip it out because of the low load floor. Seats 7 and is easy to park in the city.

Camerons cavalcade of cabarets continues. Recently i traded off my full size Dig Dug cabinet. This is a game i thoroughly enjoy and actually played a ton on Nintendo 64 of all places as a teenager. Opportunity to horse trade for this mini version came up and i jumped at it. Rare version of the game in this form factor, and i love the cabaret style games for in home as they give you back a few inches here and there.IMG_8049.JPG

Love my Honda Odyssey. I'm in my 50s, coolness doesn't apply. Practicality all day. Easy to pull the back seats, fold down the way back ones and load up games, parts, bodies, err...or other hobby related ephemera. Hell, loaded 4-player Gauntlet II in and out of it solo easily enough, Space Duel, Scramble...it can handle some beasts. Easy game mover for sure. When the far back seats are up the storage well perfectly fits a classic Taito cocktail too. Haven't done cabarets in it yet though...hmmmm.

Today's pickup, courtesy of the Allentown Pinfest here in PA… not a game, but a recently refurbished B&K Precision 480 CRT Rejuvenator! I had hunted a couple manuals and some other small bits in the flea market area, and walked by a table for about the 5th time and suddenly this was sitting out on display! I asked if it was for sale, it was, we struck a deal. It has the CR23 adapter but not the CR31 so I'll probably just order the one that @security0001 sells on his site. The guy I bought it from runs the "B&K Rejuvenators" Facebook group.

How are there so many arcade games that you own that I've never heard of?

Was this cab imported?
Oh yeah, this thing seen more countries than James Bond.

Made Japan - shipped the Europe (240v serial tag- who knows how many countries it's been in here).
Made it's way to Canada approx. mid/late '80s
Now it's in the U.S. lol

I couldn't help myself. It was 15 minutes from my house and the price was right. I already have a centi upright, but you can never have too many, right?

The guy who sold it to me said it was in his Dad's basement since the mid 80's and until today, it hadn't been turned on since 2006.

20250511_172507.jpgThis Dead but complete LE showed up nearby (1hr drive) and I grabbed it for $300 after a customer had me do a monitor repair/replace for a LCD clone 60:1 cocktail machine they had. A little work and I took the money to flip into a Machine Ive wanted for my collection. This one is pretty clean compared to the LE2 project I have in the back of the warehouse. Will see how easily I can get this working. Its sat in a former OPs garage for 8 years.

I played this a bit in the arcade and while I was working for Capcoms US Studio, the Lead Programmer Yoshi Hatano was a Director and Progammer for this LE. I didnt know him well but he was a pretty cool and serious guy. Having a game developed by someone I worked with is pretty cool to me.

NEEDS JUSTFIERS... Wonder if I can move the Happ optics to a Justifier gun housing.

Game room is going to need more wall space. Was able to procure this original Chuck E. Cheese token sign that hung by the front door in one of the Nashville locations from the mid 90s until the rebrand a few years back when they gave the mouse a redesign. This is the EXTREME skateboard helmet Charles Entertainment Cheese. Im excited. My daughter said i have to get it out of the kitchen today.
