Some of you are aware I acquired 3 different Gottlieb Reactor cabinets a while back. I am offering them here to purists who wish to have an actual cabinet to restore. Each of the cabinets is in fair shape although they have been stripped of all controls and game boards and monitors. They are primarily empty shells. The one cabinet that has the art work showing has had the formica siding that was applied over it removed. There is glue residue on top of the existing art and paint that rubs off with your fingers but I feel that it may require a little more than that to get it clean again. There is another cab with formica and one painted one. The painted one has some water damage at the bottom. Consider their harnesses butchered. I have no other parts for them. This is how I got them. I am offering them here for the low low price of $100 per cabinet and all three for $250. The stipulation is that the cabinets MUST be gone by Pearl Harbor Day. After that time frame, they will be listed on Craigs List and offered to the mame crowd. No, I will not part anything out of them. I want them gone as they are taking up precious space in my storage units. I can deliver to the Dallas auction on the 12th if they are paid for by Pearl Harbor Day.

Why Pearl Harbor Day? Because, that's why.

The Quantum cabinets are not for sale. (Not yet anyway).

I will consider a trade for Atari Color Vector stuff. Sure could use some Quantum parts. (Specifically a control panel). Other trades considered. Prefer gold bullion or small arcade parts. Other projects I can do without.

Thanks for looking

Well one thing I am sure of now is that the yie ar kung fu cab I have was definitely a reactor cab.
It still has the original power board and power brick as well as most of the cabinet wiring. Not the original wiring harness though.

Very nice Komodo

What was the deal with Reactor anyway? Why were all of them converted. Did the game play suck that much? I obviously have not played it in mame.

game play was great, music was awsome, but required reading the instructions and

developing skills.

the object of the game did not jump right out at you like other games in that time frame.

also its a small , easy to move cabinet, and that make its a great candidate for conversion,

unfortunately.

That sounds like a fun project hope someone gets these and they don't end up mamed. You don't see very many out their

Damn. Too far away. I would take them if they found their way to Phoenix. I'm guessing shipping on those would be a bit pricey.
