Why haven't these been reproed yet? Are they die-cast metal? Could they be made from injection molded plastic? I assume they are black with brushed silver for the logo?

If you are talking about "just the raised" logo insert then I'm sure you could inject them. I'm pretty sure they are cast aluminum. I guess the only problem is finding a donor door seeing it insets into the coin door.

These were originally Wico doors, right? Wonder why you couldn't modify the design slightly to fit the over/under door taht sports the raised horizontal lines?

Of course, a pre-order of 50 or so might make it worthwhile. Eh.
I seriously looked at this and the centuri doors, but I think both would be cost prohibitive without the original tooling. Problem is that you are looking at two pieces of tooling at least, one from Wico and the other from Gottlieb and/or Centuri. No idea if Wico had the tooling and just made these custom to order, or if the mfg installed these plates on the line.
To avoid the use of the original tooling, a pattern for sand casting could be made but then you're looking at a couple hundred bucks per pattern. Frame, doors, logo insert, etc and what is the real demand for these? They do show up once in awhile for a lot less than it would likely cost to make repros. Of course, a pre-order of 50 or so might make it worthwhile. Eh.
