Just got done picking these two up for free and Im super stoked. One is pretty much complete minus the boards and psu but the cab is very solid. The other one though is roached and fell apart on me and doesnt have any parts. I finally have a solid Tron to begin a restore on.

A the $500 + restoration begin!
:)
Seriously though, congratulations and get ready to spend a pretty penny on the restoration parts.
When I restored mine, it was at least that.

Good thing all the plastics are in great shape, basically im gonna just buy new marquee, side art and inner side art, everything else is 8/10 shape so ill be happy.

Nice score! How did you wind up getting them for free?

Local barcade owner needed the space in his small storage area and said come get them. I also got a dynamo cab and some large sports game thats in a off road looking cab.

gonna cost you a ton to piece them back together.
better go with multicades ;)

It really shoudlnt be that bad, most of cosmetic parts are there , has full wiring harness and sound amp board. but i got 412-1 boards handy hahahaha

Looks like a great deal! Good luck with the restore(s).

BTW, that soccer game is a dedicated Leland World Soccer Finals cab: http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10487 . I bought one years ago for $50 to turn into a MAME cab (25" monitor, large CP), but never got around to doing it, and finally sold it for $50 still as the soccer game.

Congrats man!!! It took 2 trons to get mine completed as well (Well one was a Two Tigers). :)

Same here. One of mine was a Two Tigers as well. I put good parts from a less than good cabinet into a cabinet that had Two Tigers art covering up the Tron art (beautiful underneath). It all worked out well. Traded it for a Donkey Kong years ago and I don't have that one anymore either.
