Notice the CAPS on the steering wheel.. Every roadblasters ive seen is missing those caps... But ive finnally got them!!

Wow, that looks beautiful! The powder coating really makes those pieces look factory fresh.
Do you have any "before pics" to compare with?

unreal at the $50 cost. The lowest i've been able to find here is $150 and thats without sand blasting.

Nice work, looks awesome!

Where did you get this done for $50? Did that include sandblasting, too?
And, did you have to wait for them to do a larger batch of that color?

I didn't think it would be that affordable.

It's an auto place around the corner from me. Yes it includes sand blasting to. He said the more I bring in the cheaper it will be. He really didn't have a quote for me when I dropped them off. He said it's hard to price with square footage on these. He also said if I stick with one texture it's cheaper also. I don't know man when I went to pick them up he said " how's 50 bucks sound ?". I said great! I thought it would be more. I don't know, I told him I have more where this came from so mabey that's why I'm getting it so cheap?

That's amazing dude. You've inspired me. I'll be redoing the gas pedal for my RB soon. I was going to sand it down and repaint but you've raised the bar.

Dumb question, did you have to remove all the inner workings and take apart the pedal to get it done?

Whats the name of the store? I think I might have a little road trip coming up.

Yes you have to take it completly apart to have it done

Looks AMAZING. Mine will never be that nice, but it was played hard, and I am okay with that. Nice touch on the caps. Can you share where you got those?

Also, I was considering red T-Molding and wondered how it would look. Now I know it looks GREAT!!

Very nice machine you have yourself there!

Similarly, what about your coin door... (of course the inner workings are removed)... did you remove the coin shute door and coin bezels as well? Were the top and bottom doors removed from the frame?

Did you have any fit issues with the door once you put it back together due to the thickness of the powder coat?

Thanks!

thanks man. The tee molding I have is orange which goes good with RB but it really goes good with my indiana kit. The caps I got from videogameparts.com. Hopefully they have some left. Every RB I've seen is missing those caps.

Yes everything was stripped from the doors bezels, coin chute, everything. All pieces were done seperatly Even the drew heads wee done for the speaker grill

I like the textured black... its really sharp.

I'm headed out to the powder coating shop tomorrow... I've got 3 coin doors, my APB seat frame, a couple sets of marquee brackets and a foot pedal to get done.

I did my SW yoke controller with powder coating and it was the best money I've ever spent on restoration... it just looks perfect.
