I got one of the engineers at work to dig up the old CRT rejuvenator! I knew there was one in the station buried somewhere, prolly hasn't been touched in 15-20 years or so.
So now I want to get the red gun to come back to life in my WG K6100. Blue and Green looked OK but red has always been very weak. Also, the overall brightness is not that great, I can't even seen retraces when I crank the brightness all the way up.
This particular K6100 came from a Tempest with over 140,000 plays and has nice Tempest burn-in but it still works.
Besides the mandatory "be carefull and read the manual" stuff, any suggestions for my first rejuvenation attempt?
The tube number is listed in the book, it appears straight foward...
The instruction manual is actually very short, it's mostly just a huge list of tube numbers.
