Hey Guys,

I bought my first pin on Saturday, a 1984 Gottlieb Touchdown Pinball machine from the warehouse sale in Louisville that Brent was so gracious to organize. I had actually bought this for my wife because she likes pinballs more than arcades, however once I got it home and turned it on . . . I kind of fell in love with it as well!

Here are a couple of pictures of it:

I need parts like crazy, but for the price of $150 bucks, I think it was a great buy!

Let me know what you think!

Thanks

Congrats!!

That is not so common a machine. A production of 711 units.

Looks like it is in nice shape!!!

You'll be getting another one soon! LOL

True about getting another one soon, once I bit the bullet I had three in six days!!

Congrats, can't wait to see what you get next!!

I'm pretty much as the end of my spree . . . . I went from having no arcades or pins to the following in 2 weeks;

Berzerk
Smash TV
Centipede Cabaret
NBA Showtime
Empty Stern Cabinet (Have Frenzy Parts for it coming)
Empty Cabaret (setting up MAME for the kids)
Gottlieb Touchdown Pinball

I'm happy to be addicted pinballs and arcades . . . there are much worse things I could be addicted to!

Exactly! And with some love these can always be sold for what you paid or a pinch more in most cases which is a solid investment in fun!
