I had my artist friend Aaron (member here) do some artwork for my arcade token and had these made up. I like how they turned out!

They are .900 sized. Here is the original art since the pics were kinda hard to take with my camera.

Thank you, Aaron! I know you are busy as hell and I appreciate working with me to get the sketch I really liked!

As I've said in the other token thread, I would like to trade tokens with others who have custom tokens as well. Just PM me if interested!

Very cool, i'll have to check out the other thread. is pricing and a producer discussed at all (just for a general idea)? probably doesn't matter as i wouldn't want a large enough number tho.

I dig your logo :top:

IIRC the guy at Arcade Replay uses tokensdirect to have his made up, he doesn't make them himself.

I just finished placing my order at tokensdirect a couple hours ago, so now the two week wait begins.

Very cool and nice to see custom artwork.

I've been soooo tempted to have some done myself, but with 15K tokens around the arcade I don't want to spend $1500 (.984 brass!) for custom ones!! (just yet)

Those are cool. Where exactly did you have them made? http://www.arcadereplay.com? http://www.tokensdirect.com? I'd love to have tokens made for my arcade.

I used tokensdirect. It was a pretty simple experience. Hoffman Mint is good as well from what I've heard. Pricing is almost exactly the same, also.

And an excruciating wait it is...

You need a change machine first... ;)

I'm in the market for a change machine as well if anyone nearby has a deal on one...

Thanks. I've wanted to do one for awhile. I was just waiting on the artwork from my friend. Art is his business so I had to wait patiently on the side :)

I paid a bit more than half that for my 5k tokens with one custom die.

For 10k of .900's, two sides custom, it's going to run me around $1500 + shipping.
These are what mine are going to look like.

Sometimes you can get lucky on ebay or craigslist, I snagged my BC-12 for $100. Also look under 'Rowe changer'. If you're only interested in taking $1's, or setting it up via a button, you can snag the older BC-12's and BC-35's pretty cheap sometimes. Shipping is a killer on these things, they're heavy as hell.

The BC-1 for sure needs no modification.

I also had custom tokens made with tokensdirect. They're great to deal with.

Wanna trade 100 for 100?

The tokens work fine in the machine I picked up. Its a BC-9A. Only had one of the three hoppers though. :(

Going to do the reject button mod and the bill changer update. The one in it now (from 1977) doesn't work and probably hasn't for a long time. :)
