so after about a month or so of emails and searching...I've finally got my Robo Cop full size side art in hand...and man it looks GREAT! I love it!

I've already replaced 2 of the buttons, and rebuilt the original joystick...it plays great...just need to remove the factory gray vinyl and paint it all black then put the artwork on...as soon as i get my pac man resto finished i will be doing this one next. Can't wait!

I don't have a pic of it yet because it is huge, but this is what it should look like when I get it on...its exactly like this one:

Dude, that looks sick. I almost forgot the game had sideart as all of the Robocop cabs I've seen over the past couple of years never have it. I remember playing this game when I was a kid. Our local Round Table had it IIRC. Looking forward to seeing your actual cab with it installed.

the only other artwork i've seen is small...like conversion kit art about 22 inches tall...i don't like that at all, but this looks great...so...I tracked down the guy that originally did this and he hooked me up...luckily he had ordered spare artwork but got his on correctly on the first shot. The quality of the artwork is great...very nice.

That is pretty badass. I'd think about getting one, but the later levels are pretty much impossible if I remember right.

That is the baddest looking RoboCop I've seen yet.

Lol Murphy looks like such a dick tho, he shoulda been a state trooper.

yeah, it's like any game though, the more you play it the easier it gets...what would be cool is if there was a way to save your progress...and luckily it does let you continue on from where you are...but, it takes so long to get through the lower levels by the time you get to the later stuff you have been playing so long it gets sort of old lol....it's a fun game to play though, I like it...glad its free to play now, as it would have cost a fortune back in the day to get to the upper levels lol.

is that NOS or repro? if repro who did you have do it, or was it local?

its a bigger version of the original artwork...the original art was only about 22"x18" or whatever...you know the standard generic size small side art you see all the time....the guy that had it done made up 2 sets and i got the extra set for mine after tracking him down and asking him some questions about it...he had them done custom and spent a lot of time getting the files right to do it up...I just found it online, thought it looked cool and tracked the guy down...he was very kind in helping me out.

gotta love people like that, and i know what your talking about with the original artwork size.

Well done sir, well done!
