Picked up an Ikari Warriors today. Works mostly. Partly doesn't. But it was too good a deal to pass up. Has anyone ever tried to build a multi-kit for these types of games? I'm not sure how many even used the same rotating joysticks.

That's all the deets you're gonna give us???

Pics, price, c'mon, man, throw us a bone!

Is this the one that was listed as FREE ARCADE CABINET?

I contacted the person, but they never responded. Good score though.

Like he said, price? pictures? details? =)

Nice score. Funny, my neighbor right across from me wants an IW. I told him I'd keep an eye out for him.

Good luck with the game.

Yep. It was the freebie. I'll put pics up when I can get to it...probably tomorrow sometime. The cabinet is a Dynamo. It's solid but the vinyl is peeling off. The game plays and the monitor works. It could use a cap kit and some adjusting. The joystick rotation isn't working right. They rotate but nothing happens. It probably has something to do with fact that the joysticks aren't plugged in. :) I'll tinker with it and give more "deets".

I thought so. "Too good of a deal to pass up" huh? Haha. Nice the person responded to you. I hope you get it working. =)

I think there are around 10 - 12 games that use those SNK rotary joysticks. Off the top of my head:

Ikari Warrior
Victory Road
Ikari Warriors 3
Gondomania
DownTown
Time Soldiers
Heavy Barrel
Guerrilla War
Bermuda Triangle
Midnight Resistance

2 last games missing from that list...

TNK III
SAR - Search and Rescue :)

I knew there was one that ended with III but couldn't remember the start... and shame on me for forgetting SAR. When I bought my LS-30 machine SAR was what was in it (before I turned it into Time Soldiers).

Likewise I also have some for sale too.

Down Town
Ikari Warriors (non-jamma)
Victory Road
Ikari III
Guerrilla War
Time Soldiers

Along with Caliber 50, you also have Touchdown Fever I & II that used optical rotary sticks. Caliber 50 is great if you love Time Soldiers. I've yet to play Touchdown Fever games but football doesn't really interest me.

And....

Dogosoken
Battle Field
Makyou Senshi

You've listed the japanese names for Victory Road, Time Soldiers, and Gondomania.
In japan Bermuda Triangle is known as World Wars, Guerrilla War (Guevara), and T.N.K III (T.A.N.K)

Yeah, but since it requires the optical rotary sticks, Touchdown Fever won't work with the LS-30s

Here's some pics. The license on it shows that it came from Texas. And as you can see it needs new vinyl. Also, I looked at all the arcade sites I could find that have manuals....why can't I find an I.W. manual? Anyone out there have one in PDF? Thanks!
