I know you are all looking for pics, or it didn't happen.-- But I am a proud owner of one. The monitor is getting the bullet-proof treatment at the moment over at www.arcadesolution.com 's crib. What a long drive from one end of town to the other. Aside from that driving back another 1.5 hours home with no game, temporary. The seller was a nice guy but I had to play poker face and was on the way out leaving without that SW until he called his wife to see if my offer would stick. Anyway, pictures should be posted this Friday. Also, I scored $8.00 in quarters in that thing too, nice! Thanks for the referral Phetish one. I have been working them the last 3 weeks!

WG and I got him talked down to a reasonable price, it was still high however Jaded, probably the most I've spent on collector for myself.

One more bump, Andre is in route to deliver it in my garage.. Pics will be up soon!

Even though there are no pics and this didn't really happen....congrats man! Great game...especially when its one you've been searching for. Sounds like you did a great job on the haggling.

With your name here, you should definitely have a SW. :)

I got him haggled down to 5 bills on it, he wanted more, or should I say his wife wanted more... The repair wasn't too bad from what Andre told me some resistors in the deflection PCB were toast as well as one of the VRAMs on the main PCB went out after the monitor was fixed. Andre told me that the monitor would be in need of a cap kit but wait for that and enjoy the game. I've done a few cap kits under my belt, including a Tempest, so no worries there. He said that the R button thumb trigger isn't working so I'm going to have to talk to Daviea soon and get the small fix kit for the flight yoke. I have the camera ready and I'm waiting for Andre to approach my driveway. Pics will be next. OBTW, The seller still has a nice working dedicated ROTJ that I played while I was buying the SW FYI for any Cities collectors in the area! :) Start the haggling!!

Great job with the haggling!! Always ..ALWAYS .. haggle with sellers .. because if they are desperate to get rid of it they will cave eventually.

Here's some pictures.. The game is still in it's original dusty state. Thumb switches are both out and the game has an intermittent problem with the monitor going out after it was moved, more to come later, I got to jet outta here!

dude. So sweet. Congrats.

I'm really going to be 'saving up' for a pin (I gotta have one) but I tell ya, if a decent SW comes up locally, I think I'll have to go for it. So cool.

Sweet!

Anyone else have a SW for $500 complete and in that good condition, just let me know directly - no need to post publicly :)
