IMHO, treat the boss like a customer: Take the order--Deliver the goods (or services)--Make 'em happy--And don't let 'em mess up the deal. :D

IF you charge the boss; be cool and bill around his/her ability to pay--and include a genuine discount.

People like to get a good deal on stuff that they can afford to buy.
