All of the sudden on my Gorgar, everytime it hits a bumper it pops a free game....any idea whats causing this? I am not as well versed in pinball trouble shooting as i am in arcade trouble shooting so i have no clue where to begin looking nor am i up to speed with the terminology of pinball issues.

The first thing I would do is check your coin switch wires, don't just look at them grab ahold of each one, one at a time, and give them a little tug. Make sure there connected. If they are then you may have a matrix issue.

yes your coin switches are adjusted to closely. the vibration from the pops cause the switch to close and ad a credit. visually inspect them. You will see one that looks almost closed or closed.

Or, it could be the solenoid, more specifically, the capacitor on the solenoid which is there to make sure that random spikes don't get into the circuit. I've seen some cases where that capacitor breaks or gets one leg loose, and then all sorts of weird things can happen.

Check the caps on the solenoids / switches.
