Good layout for cocktail multicade?

I'm MAMEing my SI II cocktail and was wondering if anyone had a good layout for the control panel. I'm thinking a 4/8 way from Ultimarc (already on the way) and 3 buttons in a Track & Field-type layout (obviously condensed.) Anyone have a visio layout or something similar or maybe sees something I'm overlooking? Thanks!

I don't feel too bad about it, whoever did the Ms. Pac Man conversion really hacked this thing up. I'm gutting it, throwing a JAMMA harness in it, and calling it done. I did order the SI II underlay for it, though, right now it's got a black vinyl underlay and the glass is painted black over that area, too.
