man it's not an issue of cost.

I'm sorry to say that I'll have to turn down the offer on the Virtual On

VERY GOOD PRICE from a super cool dude. I just don't think I can get my space in order without Driving my wife through the roof on this one. I doubt I can finish projects in time to make space to go out and move it in. It would take me 3-4 weeks and that's out of your time line probably.
