i have a golden tee conversion installed in a MKII cab. It is not a good cab for this game. People keep hitting the screen due to how close it is to the trackball. I picked up a golden tee cab, but it has a lot of water damage. more then i care to fix. i can't seem to find another one close to me (looking for just the cab) so what is a good cab to throw golden tee in? thanks in advance...

Mine is in a Konami 4-Player cabinet. If you can get past the fact that it isnt a very light cabinet, it works very well.

IMO - GT needs to be dedicated. I had one in a MK cab, and you are right, you hit your hand all the time.

4P conversion cabs look plain ugly, IMO and anything smaller is just lame.

Be patient, you will find a ded cab. If you want to play this game, it needs to be played the right way.

And if you do get a different cab, sell me the light fixture from that MK 2 cab, will ya?

Oh come on, its not the worst conversion in the world. I mean, except for the acre-of-grass control panel, it provides a really comfortable way to play the game.

The big blue Capcom cabs are common conversions to this game.

I converted a few back to Capcom games.

I'd go for a dedicated unit, as new as possible.
