Unfortunately no. There's a guy who was doing it for people, but it was kind of suspect nobody knows how he was doing it.
The problem is to update a board, you have to call into IT's servers to have them 'tie' your serial number to the security chip you install on the board. IT shut their 'fore' servers down years ago... so you can't call in to do the update. Even if you bought a brand new NOS kit, you wouldn't be able to use it.
Some people have said that you may be able to send a pcb to IT themselves and have them update it for you, but I don't know if that's possible.
BTW the same problem exists with the buck hunter stuff.
