I've never seen them on the same board. It might exist, but I have never seen it and there is no flyer for it in the Flyer archives. You can make it yourself with a Jamma switcher. Phetishboy did just that a few years ago.
I think I may try this out, but I'm curious about using the switch with a game that uses a hard drive. Does the switch just power up and run both games and switch the inputs and outputs or power one down then the other up when switching?

I think the ones that Multigame.com used to sell had all the boards powered at once and switched the inputs/outputs. The Chinese ones that are readily available now power up one at a time if I am remembering correctly.
