I just got a Golden Tee 2004 Fore and it has the Tournament LED topper. It doesn't come on. The phone line is connected and the wires are connected up top and lead down to a molex connector that has 5 connections but is not plugged into anything. I can't find any place to plug this connection in? Where does this connection go? Am I missing part of the harness? Thanks for the help.

The first picture is where the wires come down from the topper and plug into the harness that leads to the second picture (the larger molex connector that is unconnected).

Bump. Can anyone look at their Golden Tee with the topper and let me know how it plugs in? Thanks!

There is a connector that comes up from the bottom to the top. Sometimes it falls down. Look up from the back and see if you see it hanging inside above the monitor. If not, look for it sitting on the bottom, then push it back up to the top...

It should be just the power connector, like in your first photo, and the phone line. Does the sign display anything? It should scroll a generic test message if it's getting power, even if the GT pcb isn't outputting a signal to the LED sign.

If all else fails, bring your LED sign over and we'll test it on mine. This time, there shouldn't be any connector issues :D

That connector is there. It is what is in my first picture which goes all the way up. The second picture shows a plug that I think should go to the PCB or power supply but I don't find an empty connection.

Alright, cool. I forgot you had that Golden Tee. That should work out the easiest and I can actually see what it should look like. I'm not getting power to the LED at all and it might just be easiest to bring it over to see if we can get it to work with yours. It's not too crucial as I will be working on the monitor (wish me luck with the K7500) and the LED not working is more of an annoyance at this point but I'd like to get it going at some point. I'll give you a call this weekend. Thanks!
