Well we almost have resolution. I left him a voicemail, and even wrote down what I said -
"Greg this is Rick from Ohio, the guy who got the wrong board. Here it is over a week later and I still dont have my board. I gotta tell you, before I was upset, now I am pissed. You promised to ship it on Friday, then Saturday and finally confirmed you shipped it on Monday and yet 4 days later it still isnt here. Priority only takes 2 days from Illinois to Ohio, so I am not sure what the issue is. Please call me or send me a tracking number ASAP so I can find out what is going on." plus left my number
After 2 and a half hours of no answer, I called back.
"Hey Greg it is Rick again, listen, it has been 2 and a half hours since I called and you haven't responded, I am sure you are probably trying to track down the issue or might be having dinner or something, which is fine. But since I have been waiting for over a week now, I feel like I need to set a deadline for you to respond. If I dont hear from you with a tracking number by midnight, I will be filing a paypal claim. That is not a threat, that is just my way of protecting myself as I sent you the money for this over 20 days ago. Please just get me a tracking number via email or call me ASAP" plus left my number again
Greg finally responded via email - I am not going to post it here, but he basically said the board is on the way and he is tired of my "bullshit" threats and that he no longer wants my business. He said again the Red Board is on the way (and I should "trust him" and they will be sending my second red board back un-upgraded + refunding $15 for shipping. He then promised to get me a tracking number ASAP.
Classic... if I was you guys, I would steer clear. Not exactly good customer skills and it's only a matter of time before ITS shuts him down and him and his "tech" are sued and/or arrested. (Which is why I tried to get in early)
Looks like I will be buying the boards he upgrades on Ebay for a premium, just to not have to go through the headache.
