One idea would be to find someone nearby who has a known working JAMMA board that you could try in your game. Unhook the hard drive and hook up the JAMMA board to your JAMMA connector. If the monitor works, then you can isolate the problem to the Golden Tee board or Hard Drive. If the monitor does not display anything different than it did with the GT board hooked up, then the culprit is probably isolated to the monitor/chassis board/neck board.
To get more results looking for a JAMMA board, you might want to start a new post along the lines of: Looking to borrow a working JAMMA board near ____, PA. You could also ask the guy who repaired your monitor if you can borrow a JAMMA board. I'm sure he has a bunch if he works on arcade games.
