I just finished rebuilding a GT Complete, and have it connected to a Nanao MS9-29 Monitor. The problem is the screen keeps spinning vertically, and I cannot locate a "Vertical Hold". I have a Sega City Manual with specifications on the Nanao MS9-29, but no mention in the four pages dedicated to the monitor for V-Hold.
Any suggestions out there?
The GT-Board jumper and Monitor are both set to Medium resolution. Picture looks great, just keeps on spinning.

Thanks.

Do you have the resolution dip switch settings set properly on the board. I had this recently with a different monitor version. I "remembered" that dip sw 1 of bank SW5 (I think) switched between standard and medium-res, but I forgot I also had to change dip sw 2...

I have set Dip Switch 1 to OFF, which the GT Manual says is for Medium Res, but will try Dip Switch 2.
This is a red board if that makes a difference to anyone responding. Thanks.

Tried Dip Switch 2, but nothing improved, only made it worse.

Tried setting it to standard res, and the scrolling was still there, but slower.

Do you have one sync wire to the monitor or two? I think it only needs one for the Nanao...
