Golden tee complete in a showcase cab. Was working fine in house 1. Was moved on its back to house 2. It fired up and worked when tested. next day on it gives hardware software incompatible error 40600. Nobody has been in the game since moved. I've read to check power supply voltage and to reseat all program chips. If those don't work, what else should I check? It's a customers game and I'm going there tomorrow. Not too familiar with golden tee. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I checked voltages. When I got there 5 was 5.23 and plus minus 12 was 10.5. 12 was at 9.7 when I set 5 to correct voltage. When I turned up the voltage all the way, it only got to 11.5.

Will this cause program chips and HDD to lose programming? Is there a chance just replacing power supply solves the problem?

If HDD and chip programming bad, how do I get it fixed?

Thanks

Um, you didn't turn up the "single" voltage "all the way" to increase the +12 ... did you?

If so... you also increased your +5 when you did ... which is bad considering 5.23 is already high.

+12 is used primarily for sound and it's common to be low in many games.

I did as a test of the power supply. The 5+ went up to 5.72. But wasn't hooked to the game board
