I have a Golden Tee 2005/ Fore game that had a non-working monitor in it. I tested the game board and hard drive with a spare medium res 25" and it is good working board. I had the installed Neotec NT-500 digital monitor repaired (I don't fix these) and it powers up to a screen that says "monitor good, no signal" or something like that. Apparently I need to hook the Golden Tee board up differently with a digital monitor as opposed to a regular analog monitor.

Is there anyone with this setup that can confirm the correct hookup method for me so that I can play a game on this machine? I should mention it is the red board. I was thinking that I could take the VGA style 15 pin D-sub connector and feed it directly to the monitor but I cannot confirm that.

I did find the following instructions but I cannot confirm that they are indeed correct for this version of game:

Check to see if the people who fixed it set it for VGA instead of EGA....

Golden Tee 2005 boards don't output VGA, so make sure your monitor is set to EGA not VGA, after that you should be able to hook up the monitor straight to the video card.
