I have a GT 2002 with a bad HD. The boot rom says V1.07. Does anyone know where I can get the image to rebuild a new HD?

I need one of these too! Anyone?

I have a buddy who needs one of these... I've been looking for the image but have come up short. PM me if you get an answer.

Bump!

I'm still looking for one of these... this image is TOUGH to find!!

I can get one from the game manufacturer for $125, but when I have a drive and the ability to burn an image, why not?!

Anyone have a backup of their GoldenTee Fore 2002?

Please? :)

Thanks!

I have GT 2002, and I have tried MANY times to image the thing. I wanted a backup of it anyways. I'm thinking it's 1.07 or at least 1.06, but I think it'll work if I can get it something to image it with. before you make all your suggestions... I've tried Xcopy, xxcopy, dolly, driveimage XML, several others. MOST success I had was copying via DiskInternals(used to view Linux drive based materials), but still wouldn't boot. Anyone have suggestions? I need to copy drive to drive, AND make an image file... so keep that in mind when making suggestions. thnx.

But doesn't the security chip keep the serial number of the actual game pcb? So just making a HD copy will never boot unless it was paired with the original, matching security chip? Just what I've read somewhere...

A member here copied me their GT 2005 image and it works. In fact, it has 2 extra courses on it...but I can't access them. That's where I suspect the chip security comes in....

The hard drive is not married to the motherboard. The boot rom and other chips on the board are.
