Well I am going pick to these games up today for cheap, they both look nice but monitors don't work or at least that's what the guy said and the section z is a converted bezerk and the die hard is dedicated, ill be posting pics tonight since I'm out of town working now

I had a chance to grab a dedicated diehard last week. I like those plastic cabs. Graphically the game looks like crap and seemed to have a corny storyline so I passed on it. It was hard though for $75

I have a Section Z marquee. PM me if you'd be interested in it.

You should have bought it. You can find the STV carts cheap on ebay or even sold the board and used the cab for something else. I have a sega cab, cool cabs to have.

Post pics after you grab them. Die hard is a cool cab, not a huge fan of the game. They pop up alot in my area for usually $200 and under. One such cab had a dead monitor and sound issues and the guy wanted $100 for it. I was half tempted to grab it, throw in a modded XBOX and 3 more buttons per each side if you catch my drift.

I would like to have one of those cabs, but I have never seen one locally. I just bought a Neo Geo, and I am thinking about getting a couple other cabs to swap games in and out of. I like all of my classics, but 10 or so games just isn't enough variety. I really want a 25" vertical cab so I can play some of the cave shooters.

Here are the pics, yes they are very dirty but solid, and I will never buy a plastic cab again it was a bitch moving, just a weird shape with a big ass metal plate on the bottom. They should clean up decent, I currently have the monitor out of the die hard because the ac plug on the chassis has came unsoldered and hopefully it will fix it. paid 120$ for both, i havnt messed with them a whole lot, the section z doesn't turn on and is missing monitor chassis, and haven't even tried with die hard until i put monitor back in

Do you know what the two center slots on the CP are for? I forgot to ask the people at the location where the one I saw was.

Yup, coin slots. Although I think in that pic they are missing a decal or something that was supposed to be there.

Great job. I still really like that Die hard Cab, but I never noticed that big, awkward metal plate before. Crimany! That thing looks heavy.

They're pretty easy to move with a dolly if you strap them to the dolly. The plate isn't the heavy part believe it or not.

Agreed I use my sega diehard cab as my mame machine works very well and required little modification with arcade agp and ipac.

Alright I fixed the monitor it was fairly easy, the ac plug came unsoldered and I soldered it real quick and it fired right up so i got this puppy basically working for 60$, and also did a little wiring, colors are off, the monitor chassis looks like it wasn't made for this cab, I gotta cut a hole in the rear to get to my color pots, still need to clean it up and player 1 right isnt working, but i think i cam out good with the deal, let me know what yall think

I picked up a Die Hard Arcade when I was in Virginia this past year. I was driving a Chevy HHR (my rental POS) and we had to completely dismantle the cab to make it fit.

Overall, it is a lightweight cab but difficult to move due to the steel plate on the bottom. BTW, it will stand up without the plate but it is not very stable...

Great job. Great price. Nothing better than shooting terrorists with a 9mm for a 3 year old. LOL.
