Nice cab. I have a restored DK in my bedroom and another waiting on restore in the garage. You mentioned the art was dammaged. Phoenix Arcade has the most accurate. It is offset printed like the original.

I see posts like these... And I kick myself for not picking up a $300 one from a wharehouses I was at sunday...

I was there..... But ran out of money..... I did fondle it tho... Felt good..... Felt right....

Im sure Im not the first one to mention this but you can add dk2 and some other stuff to your dk for more variety in games.

Also for a few hundred you can add arcadeSD to your mspac (without doing any changes or damage) to get a ton more games.

Just thinking since you have kids they may get bored with the same games over and over.

I know whenever kids have been here they run from game to game and rarely play the same thing twice.

Lol,

I just ordered this DK kit

I run the Galaga enhancement pack and Mike Doyols 96n1 kit on Mrs Pac man. The kids love the HS feature so they can brag....

The kids are ADD these days. My 14 yr old plays DK and Mrs Pac man the same time. When he's dies on DK he switches with his sister...she jumps on DK while he plays her Mrs Pac man game....its a site to see. Lol:cool:

It's always great to see kids enjoying the games we enjoyed bitd.
We had a pin that we were able to put free games on. We got bored and covered the entire playfield except for the flippers. That was fun.
That place had a Sky Jump pin that I kicked butt on. It was easy to get the special lit and hit multiple times for free games.

Was just talking to my buddy that joined me on that trip for the Warlords. It took forever, but we had a blast.

There was a guy on KLOV who was obsessed with getting a Warlords back before everyone else was as obsessed with it. I got one in a group buy and offered to pass it on. He drove from San Jose to Reno in a full on blizzard in a beat ass borrowed minivan to pick it up that weekend.

Found his old blog post:

Not a long trip, but certainly questionable weather. Took him over 8 hrs to get here (normally a 4 hr trip)
