I came across these two pins. What would be a decent price for them

Outer Space... body and plywood is splitting at the front corner. Head wood is starting to dry out and crack. Head glass looks good. Playfield has a lot of wear down in to the art.

Count Down... some broken rubbers. head looks ok. head art looks good. body is decent. playfield has a lot of wear.

Working condition is unknown. Both games have legs but currently not on the machines. Both being stored outside under a tarp.

Hmmm.... what really worries me is that they are being stored outside under a tarp. Games can become pretty gnarly if stored like that. I personally wouldn't even bother with the games unless you could get them SUPER cheap. I.E. almost free.

a real nice COUNT DOWN might get 300 bucks, 400 max?

so lets say you got it for free
then you have to go get it and bring it back = gas & time effort = 25.00
MPU is going to cost you 210 shipped
Rubbers and bulbs = 35.00
paint ? paint time and effort ? coils? new coil sleeves and time and effort ? backglass triple thick ?
probably the conector between MPU and driver board needs TLC = 30.00
a good cleaning, new ball, install rubbers and pay yourself 50.00

total 350.00 and that doesnt count much else or the worn playfield

now how much are you going to pay for it ?

COUNT DOWN is a favorite of mine, lots of targets and its real fast but a worn playfield...

That idiot has been trying to sell those games for over a decade. They sat for years in a bug infested garage with no door for years & how long under a tarp ? WTF? Everytime anybody asks he still wants $400 a piece for them. They have`nt worked or probably even plugged in in years. There`s a working Countdown on epay in avalon nj for 425. A friend of mine lives in dorothy nj & said those pinballs have been sitting in the dirt(no legs) for a long time. If i were you I`d step away from that clown.

Count Down is a fun machine, but I agree with the others, sounds like this is one to avoid! ;)
