Had to take out a Matsushita monitor from a cab due to tube issues, and tried replacing it with a G07 that I had just capped. Picture comes up, but is scrambled with diagonal lines through it, and it rolls from bottom to top. Tried horizontal and vertical adjustments, but doesn't fix the problem. The monitor is hooked up to a computer with an Arcade VGA card, and through a j-pac. The sync says ok on the J-pac. I tried my WG13k-4906 in it as well, and it does the same thing. Tried the G07 in the WG cab and it also does the same thing. Tried a different computer using soft 15k (worked with the Matsushita monitor) and it does the same thing. Very frustrating. Here is a picture of the desktop screen, and a link to a video of starting the computer up. You can see the boot up screen, then the windows black screen, then the blue screen, then the desktop, but always with the diagonal lines.
Any help would be appreciated!

solved

Solved my own problem. Ends up that the sync is different for the Matsushita monitor- was on J2 with the video ground on E4. Needed to move the sync to J3 with a jumper to J2 and moved the video ground to J1, now everything looks great. Just thought I'd post this in case anyone ended up having the same problem.
