I cannot get this damn thing to move any further to the right. I've already installed the horizontal vertical position pot mod and that is far to the right as I can get it to move.. any suggestions?

It's probably perfect...as-is. The tpg is not a very good tool for dialing in positioning.

Not very consistent as I can get other go7"s square . I'm just use to k7000"s. That's my so-called expertise.

believe it or not you can get it to move left/right with H. Freq (Hold). there's a bit of tolerance where the sync locks in. it only becomes an issue if you get curl on the top with the game.

I agree with tron guy about the usage of TPG, inevitably even if you resell the chassis the buyer is going to have to do all those adjustments to match their game anyway unless you're trying to verify everything is working as it should.

jj im in the same boat with you today . Im working on a go7 now with an annoying 1/4 inch on the right of the monitor that I can't seem to adjust the game image into .I can move the image right and left with the h hold and pegs but the game will not fill the right side of the screen like a fold over problem . looks like it already has new caps installed but not the width coil . Should I try and loosen and reposition yolk or stick on some magnets I wonder before I take it out and and start pulling caps and width coils I wonder

I'd swap the width coil. They are readily available for the G07.

That said, what's your B+ at? I've seen screen shrinkage when it's not where it's supposed to be at 120vdc.

Have a spare go7 on my bench that seems ok with the tpg ,I'm going to swap them around in
A few days and get the other on the operating table Uber the microscope I guess

Post a couple of pics in this thread. Presumably you came here seeking help or advice. It could come in handy for someone in the future as well.

The original G07 that came in my Burgertime does exactly the same thing. The screen burn lines up, so it's always been like this. Is it possible they did this for a reason?

Yeah, I've been trying to upload some reduced 2 MB sized jpeg and keep getting the image is too big flag upload issues ,

Same with my new HiRes phone. Workaround is to take a screenshot and upload that instead.
Hit the edit button after you take the picture and crop it a little smaller. They recently changed the max photo size recently. Super annoying. Our phones are barely over the max size.

Untitled.jpgSame with my new HiRes phone. Workaround is to take a screenshot and upload that instead , .. yes that worked . so you can see the line pronounced with the blue drive up high .I pulled the blue down this morning to make the sky in stargate more black and was ok with the missing edge as it is less noticeable and was ready to say forget about the repair , So I was mowing landers an hour ago and the whole monitor stopped, no glow no nothing . crap I hope its a fuse
